Sarah Jamal Muhammad al-Sayyid, an Egyptian national, is wanted for questioning in connection with providing material support to the terrorist organization ISIS. She is believed to have played a key role in helping her partner, Mumin Al-Mawji, establish ISIS affiliates.

Role in ISIS Recruitment

Al-Sayyid allegedly recruited other members to join ISIS, including Mahumd Salim Al-Mawji, her partner's brother. Together, the group created an online platform known as Electronic Horizons Foundation (EHF), which was used to spread ISIS propaganda and recruit new followers.

Sanctions Imposed

As a result of their alleged support for ISIS, Al-Sayyid and her partner have been blacklisted and sanctioned by the United States. They are accused of using their cybersecurity expertise to provide money transfers and other forms of material support to the terrorist group.
